We're located in Calhoun, Georgia in Gordon County about halfway between Atlanta, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

What is so special about your water?

It comes from a confined aquifer and naturally contains minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Because they are natural, they are absorbed more easily than the synthetic minerals typically used by other water companies. 

How do you process your water?

We minimally process our water using particle filters and UV light. We add nothing to it, and take nothing away from it. 

What is alkaline water?

Alkaline water is water with a pH of 7.0 or higher. It has numerous health benefits including neutralizing acid in your body and hydrate at a cellular level. For our full water analysis, click here.

Where is your water sold?

Nature's Big Spring Water is sold at numerous local, regional, and national retailers. If you can't find us, be sure to ask the establishment to order Big Spring.

What is your shipping policy?

We enjoy a discount through our shipping partner, UPS Ground and UPS Freight, and we pass on those savings to you.

What is your bottle return policy?

We accept empty 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles.
